  • As a leading frontline anti-hunger organization in Colorado, Metro Caring works with our community to meet people’s immediate need for nutritious food while building a movement to address the root causes of hunger.

    Metro Caring offers innovative programming in Food Access, Nutrition, Urban Agriculture, Community Development and Community Organizing.

  • CAFE 180 is a kitchen in downtown Englewood that provides access to nourishing food, regardless of ability to pay. We do this through paid and partnered catering, grab and go meals and meal kit subscriptions (coming soon).

  • The Blue Bench is metro-Denver’s ONLY comprehensive sexual assault prevention and survivor support center, caring for individuals of all backgrounds and gender identities, ages 13 and older, at low or no cost to the survivor. If you or someone you loved has experienced sexual assault, please reach out to our 24/7 crisis hotline at 303-322-7273.

  • The Plaza program at the Denver Public Library serves immigrants and refugees in the Denver area. One-on-one appointments or group sessions are free and open to all.
    - English conversation groups, in person and online
    - Citizenship study and application assistance, in person and online
    - Immigration legal help appointments
    - One-on-one assistance with other goals, including accessing other community services and benefits
